All content provided by DeepCalm AI is for reference only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our AI system does not possess the professional qualifications or clinical judgment of human therapists. If you have serious mental health concerns, please seek qualified professional help from a licensed therapist or psychiatrist. In emergencies (such as self-harm or suicidal thoughts), immediately call your local emergency number or crisis hotline. DeepCalm AI assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service.

The DeepCalm AI brand name, logo, UI design, and software code are owned by the development team. AI-generated counseling content, hypnosis scripts, and audio files are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, sections on disclaimer, intellectual property, and liability shall remain in effect.
